Happy Friday everyone!
Please read the letter I sent home yesterday and return the contact form at the bottom.
Today's homework is:
- the next lesson in Math Makes Sense, Unit Two. Read the models again, then do the practice questions.
- Read for twenty minutes a day and be prepared to share your reading on Monday.
-For Grade 6 Social Studies.
Use several newspapers (Metro or 24 are fine, newspapers for specific communities or in other languages or international would be great too) and news websites (CBC, CP24, Huffington Post, the Guardian, CTV, CNN, Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, and if possible, news websites from other countries of your choice.
Fill out as much of the sheet Countries in the News as you can.
We will be sharing these in class on Tuesday.
Have a great weekend!
Ms. MacAulay
P.S. Don't forget you have Phys. Ed. and Paula on Monday!
